PETER RIIKONEN - General Manager

Peter represents NPD, and directs the company to perform and achieve, building and implementing sales plans to meet corporate goals. He identifies, recommends and leads the implementation of new product development and introduction.

Peter has had a successful professional career in the pharmaceutical industry since 1983, following the completion of a B.App.Sc. (Process Engineering) and Assoc.Dip. Laboratory Technology. His skills and qualifications have led him to hold senior management positions in prescription, OTC and complementary medicine manufacturing environments.

ALAN EARL - Technical Manager

As a member of the Senior Management team, Alan provides quality and regulatory direction for the company. His principle accountabilities incorporate the planning, organising and directing of staff to achieve business goals associated with QA, QC, R&D and Validation.

Alan entered the pharmaceutical industry in 1982, qualified with his B.Sc. (Medicinal Chemistry) and M.Phil. (Organic Chemistry). Since then, Alan has been involved in QC, regulatory, R&D and production support areas. Alan climbed the corporate ladder, leading him to service Australian, US and European markets in management roles in prescription, OTC and complementary medicinal companies.

IAN CHANT - Operations Manager

Ian's key responsibilities include the monitoring of NPD's operations to ensure the timely, efficient and economical production and delivery of quality product. He also manages NPD's financial status, and communicates with government and other stakeholders to ensure optimal growth and development.

Ian's experience in the manufacturing industry is wide and vast. He began his profession in commercial brewing after achieving his B.App.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry), Post Grad.Dip.App.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry), and Post Grad.Dip. Business Administration. Ian's career moved into the pharmaceutical industry, where he has held positions in senior project management, operations management and consultancy.
