About NPD
Established in 1988, NPD is located in Eagle Farm, Queensland - 10km from Brisbane CBD and 10 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
NPD is TGA licensed to manufacture non-sterile therapeutic goods for human use (GMP manufacturing license 5495).
NPD's facilities are equipped to manufacture and package unscheduled, complementary, listed and registered uncoated or coated tablets, powders, and hard two-piece gelatin and vegetarian capsules of all sizes.
Processes and workflows are designed to accommodate a wide range of batch sizes, allowing NPD to provide cost-effective product supply for a variety of clients.
Our management team consists of Peter Riikonen - General Manager, Alan Earl - Technical Manager, and Ian Chant - Operations Manager, each with 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
We also employ 20 tertiary qualified scientists and technical staff with lengthy industry experience.
Existing clients represent all areas of the non-prescription medicine market, including major brands that are sold in pharmacies and supermarkets as well as products dispensed via practitioners only.
